Return & Refund Policy

Returns
Stock products may be returned for any reason within ninety (90) days of receipt, provided they meet the eligibility criteria outlined below. 
 
Customers may be responsible for freight charges to and from the shipping address at the current rate. Any applicable freight charges will be deducted from the credit issued. Credit will be issued once the returned product is received and inspected. 

Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return and credit, products must be: 
  • Unopened and in their original cases
  • Free from moisture, odors, dirt, or other contaminants
  • Free from damage to the product, strapping, and/or case
  • Current, active items 

Returns received in a condition that do not meet these criteria may be recycled or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. 

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: 
  • Custom, special order, or non-stock items
  • Delicate items, including Gallon and Half Gallon Cider Bottles
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards 

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us prior to sending it back. 

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at onlinesupport@rockfordpack.com. Proof of purchase may be required. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. 

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Damages, Issues, and Claims 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

Claims must be submitted within ninety (90) days of product receipt. 
To process a claim, we may request: 

  • Case label information
  • Quantity affected
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or product samples 

Claim resolutions may include full or partial credit, product replacement, or a discount, depending on the circumstances. 

Exchanges 
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order once the return is processed. 

Refunds and Credits 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. 
  • Approved returns will be issued as a credit or refund to the original payment method, depending on the transaction type.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

U.S. Sales Only 
We sell and ship products within the United States only. This return and refund policy applies exclusively to orders shipped within the U.S.
