Shipping Policy

Rockford Package Supply ships orders within the United States using a combination of small-parcel and freight carriers. Shipping methods, carriers, and costs are determined based on the size, weight, and destination of each order.


Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.


Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship orders using the best available shipping method based on order characteristics, delivery location or customer selection. Carriers may include, but are not limited to: 

  • UPS (small parcel)
  • Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers for palletized or oversized orders

Shipping rates and carrier options are calculated using ShipperHQ, which connects directly to our UPS and LTL carrier accounts.

Carrier selection is made at our discretion unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout whenever possible and are based on:

  • Package size and weight
  • Freight class (for LTL shipments)
  • Delivery address and accessorial requirements
  • Current carrier rates

For certain large or complex freight shipments, final shipping charges may be confirmed after checkout. If adjustments are required, we will contact you prior to shipment.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time does not include transit time.


Transit Times

Transit times vary depending on carrier, service level, destination, and shipment type.

  • UPS shipments: Transit times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • LTL freight shipments: Transit times vary based on distance, carrier routing, and delivery conditions.

All delivery dates provided are estimates only.


Freight Deliveries (LTL)

LTL freight shipments are typically delivered curbside or dockside during standard business hours.

Please note:

  • The customer is responsible for having appropriate equipment and personnel available to receive freight.
  • Liftgate service, residential delivery, inside delivery, appointment delivery, or other accessorial services may incur additional charges.
  • Failure to disclose delivery requirements at checkout may result in delays or additional fees.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment is tendered to the carrier.


Shipping Delays

Rockford Package Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Weather events
  • Acts of God
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Additional charges incurred due to address corrections, re-delivery, or returned shipments may be billed to the customer.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery.

  • Visible damage should be noted on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
